FAQ

Q:  How old does my child need to be to play?
A:  For our Fall season, boys and girls between "League Age" 4 and 16.  For our Spring season, boys and girls between "League Age" 4 and 18. Please reference our age chart to determine division placement (Age Chart).

Q:  When does registration occur?
A:  Registration for Fall Ball opens in May at the end of Spring Season party. Spring registration start in November however exact dates will be announced and posted on our home page.

Q:  What are the registration fees?

A:  Registration fees for the upcoming season will be posted on the website and our Social Media Accounts.

Q:  What does my registration fee include?
A:  Your Spring/Fall registration fee includes a (jersey/t-shirt and cap). You will need to supply a glove, pants, socks, belt, cleats, protective gear and bat(s).

Q:  Is there a multiple-sibling discount?
A:  All siblings must be included on the same order. The discount if any will be applied on the final page of 'checkout'.

Q:  How do I provide my child’s proof of age and proof of residence?
A:  The Board will verify residency at all registration dates. See the following for lists of acceptable documents:  Proof of Age (Birth Certificate).  Proof of Residence.  Age and residence documents are NOT required to be submitted for Fall Ball, only for our Spring season.

Q:  Does my child need to tryout?

A:  Players are assigned evaluation dates and times, these times will be posted on our home page. There are no evaluations or tryouts for fall ball.

Q:  When will I be contacted by my new team manager?

A:  You will be contacted by the coach or designate once the teams have been formed. If you have not been contacted by your teams Manager please reach out to the league at [email protected]

Q:  When will games and practices be held?  
A:  Game schedules will be posted once they are complete. Practices will be at the discretion of your teams Manager.

Q:  How do I volunteer to become a team manager?
A:  If you are interested in being considered for a role as a manager or coach, please sign up for a volunteer role during registration. Don’t delay as these positions can fill up quickly.

Q:  I signed up but decided not to play, how can I request a refund?
A:  Please email our Player Agent to request a refund prior to the first game of the season.  Once players have been drafted to a team, registration fees are non-refundable.

Q:  When does the season begin and end?
A:  Regular season normally starts in March through June. Fall ball normally stars in September and ends in November
